DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY – SALTY DOG
Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmation will be sent by email.

Salty Dog will supply all goods to the courier in good order. Any goods lost or damaged in transit are at the buyer’s risk. If you would like your parcel insured, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be processed and shipped. Courier delivery typically takes 2–5 working days nationally, and 5–10 days for outlying areas.

Ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Salty Dog cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect details or if you are unavailable, it may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery address provided.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply. Additional shipping costs (based on weight and destination) may be calculated once the parcel is packed and will be billed to the customer if applicable.
Refund & Returns Policy

You may return or exchange new, unworn items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.

Goods are subject to availability. In the case of unavailability, Salty Dog will refund you in full within 30 days.

Refunds exclude special promotions, discounts, and gift cards. A 5% administration fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges can be made in person at our office or via courier. If a courier is required, collection and re-delivery costs are for the customer’s account.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please ensure you obtain a tracking number or proof of posting for any returns, as Salty Dog cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit.
Stock Availability

Stocks are limited, and we take all reasonable steps to update our site when items are no longer available.

If an item you ordered is unavailable, you will be refunded in full or offered an alternative style/colour.

Colours are represented as accurately as possible, but please note that variations may occur due to screen display differences.
